Who is Huang?
Yuantai (Ryan) Huang obtained his bachelor degree of Finance from University of Toronto in 2021. He proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Emory Law School in 2025. After passing the New York bar exam in August 2025, he came back to Canada to begin a new journey.
His previous work experiences centered around business and commercial real estate transactions. Ryan considers himself more than a future legal practitioner. His natural entrepreneurship and passion for business are deeply embedded in his spirit. Ryan is actively learning Canadian trust, tax, and corporate laws because the great business needs in these fields. Coupled with his previous training in the same fields of U.S. laws, Ryan is well equipped with ammunitions to solve business and legal problems.
